Welcome to Ryx.us . These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ryx.us .

Ryx.us provides cloud computing services, including but not limited to hosting, storage, analytics, and related technologies ("Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

We are constantly evolving our Service and may add or remove features or functionality at our discretion. We may also introduce limitations to certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account

Some aspects of our Service may require payment. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We use third-party payment processors and you may be subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.

If payment cannot be charged to your payment method or your payment is returned, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

The Service and all materials therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Ryx.us and its licensors.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content
• Distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or sublicense any of the materials
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Access the Service to build a competitive product or service
• Use any robots, spiders, or similar data gathering or extraction methods

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Sri Lanka. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ryx.us , its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.
